Hello all

I'm looking to set up a time triggered "Thank you email" to go out at X time after a customer completes a survey.

But I want the email to depend on the type of feedback the customer gave me so I'm sending one version to happy customers, and another to those that were perhaps not as happy.



So my question is:

Can I send out a different triggered email templates depending on the survey scores I received from the customer?

You sure can. You can add additional logic in the email trigger. You can read more about that here. You'll want to set up one trigger for each different email you want to send.

Thanks @JenCX - Turns out I was looking for Email Tasks. 🙂 But your response led me in the right direction and now I've found what I was looking for 🙂
