I am totally new to Qualtrics and do not even have the language to form my question. When I upload an audio file, it shows dots for downloading it. Can someone help me to make those three dots invisible?

Hello Ca34_R ,
Just add the below line in your audio tag, it will remove the download option,
controlsList="nodownload"
So your audio tag will look like this,
