Display logic with spreadsheet input

I would like for respondents to be supplied different versions of a file depending on the response they enter to a particular question. The file versions will be stored on Google Drive and will be accessible by their URLs. Thus, I would like a respondent who enters the response "1001" to be given URL1, the respondent who enters the responses "1002" to be given URL#2, etc. I have successfully accomplished this by using a Qualtrics form with display logic. However, if the number of respondents is large (e.g. more than 100), it becomes laborious to program the display logic. Is there any workaround for this, such as using a spreadsheet to input the display logic?
