I am trying to find out whether there is an Action that could hide questions if one person already answered questions.
So, here is a scenario.
Email is sent out to both subordinate and manager for a same survey.
If subordinate answers the questions on the survey, and when manager later clicks the link to do the survey, it will either show/not show questions depending on submission of survey by subordinate/other person.
Is it possible in Qualtrics?
If you have distributed them separately, then obviously two different survey session/ record will get generated and their is no way to check the last question answered by either of the survey sessions.
But if you send them the same personal link, then in this they both are able to access same survey session. So anybody clicking that link any point of time will always see the last unanswered question.
So, I am trying to test the second scenario.
How do you make it to see the unanswered question?
So, I guess what I am trying to do is find a way to update Display Logic based on whether somebody answered/not answered some questions on one survey.
Right now, I have two subordinates who are supposed to answer Question 1 and Question 2 separately. Manager of those two subordinates wants to go to the same survey and complete the question (either 1 or 2) that is not answered.
Manager has Display logic of both Question 1 and Question 2. We want manager to see only unanswered question. Is it possible?
