Is there a way that I can display the responseID to the respondents taking my survey? I want to use that as a unique tag for respondents to copy down. The responseID would then be used to identify the respondent for a lucky draw which will be entered in a separate platform. We've kept this two platforms separate so that no personal data is collected on the Qualtrics platform.

Yes, you can. You will have to add an embedded data in survey flow called "ResponseID". This is a built-in embedded data field, so it will capture the response id automatically.
Please this embedded data right at the top of the survey block (before any blocks).
Then in a descriptive text, you will have to pipe-in the "ResponseID" embedded data.
