I am wanting to make a survey anonymous but also allow users to email themselves a summary of the survey. I believe that the email to send a summary can only be triggered once the survey has been submitted and the email address that a participant has entered is then saved - and therefore the survey is no longer anonymous. Is there a way to delete an email address entered during completion of the survey after the email has been triggered?

Hello @duncan_19 ,
If the idea is to only provide a summary copy to respondent then you can use "Response summary" which provides the download link of the summary and you can ask the respondent to download it.

Thank you - yes I am doing that. The problem is that a lot of people will be using mobiles and unable to download a PDF so saving an email of a summary page that I have created seems like the best way to go unless you can think of another solution.
Hi duncan_19 did you ever manage to set up the email trigger without Qualtrics storing the personal information? Thanks!
