Has anyone ever had the following issue:

A customer has an email trigger set for a survey that gathers a good bit of ED. The trigger itself is very straightforward, no fancy logic - just a simple email sending the survey response to the person that needs to see it.



They are getting the following highlighted artifacts in their email when they receive it:

I checked the email trigger for her and it looks completely fine.



Any thoughts on what might be causing this info to dump into the email? I've never seen this before, but don't have a lot of personal experience (I'm a BA) with the email triggers since I don't have my own surveys that require them.

Hi, @MichelleC! This text appears in the body of email triggers by default and there is currently no way to edit that text. However, you could use an Email Task in the Actions tab instead, which would allow you to completely customize the text that appears in the body of the email.
