Emails gets blacklisted when uploading | XM Community

Hi there,



When I try to upload a contact list let's say A in which there are 10 contacts.



John - abcsomemail.com

Kira - abcsomemail.com



Some of the contacts are partners which has same email but different first name.



I have noticed that qualtrics only uploads the first email and ignore the second one if the email is same.



Can you please help?

Thank you. I did'nt know this concept but it was worth looking.



I have one question - what will be the best way to upload the contacts?



Do I remove the duplicate emails (with different firstname) from excel and create new list?
