End of survey? How to add share button? | XM Community

Hi everyone, I am new to this software.
Anyone has any idea about how to add a share button so that participant who has just completed the survey can conveniently share the survey URL on Social Media or with friends using e.g. Messenger or Whatapps?

Just in case people are unable to locate the file, the url was adjusted but it still exists within the same repository (QualtricsHub>Functions).

Thanks @Chee Heng_SZ and @ahmedA : I want to measure the effectiveness of an intervention by measuring how many people share a message about social cause on their social media handle.
Is it possible to measure the count of the people who click on the link besides after showing them the social media link towards a particular campaign?

Alternatively, if I plan to show them an online petition link, would it be possible to measure the count of people who click on the link?
