Error on email distribution quantity limited to 10 emails is incorrect, I've only sent a test twice | XM Community

"Your email distribution cannot be sent at this time. You are currently allowed to send 10 emails per week. Please contact your account representative to increase this limit ." This is an error msg. I receive, the problem that have only sent myself and another person a TEST email twice. What's happening?
You can go under settings and check account usage

My page doesn't reflect it. Is this under account settings?
Never mind---I see it now, but it shows I've only sent two emails went out--hence my question.
