Font for certain words rendering incorrectly

Hi,
I wonder if anyone can help as I feel like I am loosing my mind slightly.
I have posted two screen shots below, one is taken from the survey build and 1 from preview mode.
In preview mode the word "Training" is rendered in a different font to the rest of the text (you can verify this as the "a" in training is different from the "a" in "Overall".
However, in the survey build (second screen shot) the font is the same (see again the "a"s).
I have tried changing the font in the rich editor and "Resting to default" in the look and feel but both to no luck.
Has anyone encountered this before or has any other ideas to fix?

Did you try clicking on the question text, then clicking on "Remove Formatting"?

It seems you are using the flat layout, if it is possible then switch to modern or classic layout to get the font of survey build.
If you want to continue with flat layout only, then paste the below CSS in the look and feel -> Style -> CSS
.Skin{
font-family:"Open Sans",Georgia,sans-serif
}
