My organisation has recently signed up to both the CX and EX product and wanting to know how people are combining results across the two platforms.
Initial thinking is showing how engaged employees drive better customer outcomes. Would love advice and guidance on how others are combining results from customer surveys with their internal employee engagement/culture surveys.
