I created a survey that is split into 5 blocks based on the language respondents pick on the first page. How can I create a button that appears on the end of survey page that takes the respondent back to the homepage if they want to go back and do the survey again in a different language? PS: I know about Qualtric's translate tool however, each language had a separate phone number to contact if they needed additional information.

Hi RachelR99,I don't know if it's possible, or even necessary, to create a "button" per se to do this. Assuming you're using an anonymous link, I think you could either set the survey to redirect to itself so the respondent could start it again and complete in a different language, or post the survey link in an EOS page.
