I really like the style of the PDF response summary that can be downloaded by the survey participant, however I can't figure out where I can generate a copy. I would need to see this for each of my responders. Open to different approaches.

Try to set up email trigger on survey complete.
Click on 'Include response report', so that as soon as respondent completes the survey, they will receive a link with response summary. Here they will have option to download a copy of response summary in PDF.

Thank you @ronak_tailor but I've tried that and that view is totally different. The PDF version is clean and put together. More of an output I desire. Thank you.
Anyway the download link can turn into an email attachment? I am trying to upload content to a BOX account.
