I am trying to send out a 38 question survey via email to 177 contacts for my master's thesis but I got a notification saying that I can only send 10 emails a week. When I searched the Qualtrics website on how to send more than 10 emails it said to contact "your brand administrator". In my account I do not have a brand administrator listed. Who do I contact to allow me to send more than 10 emails a week?

To view your limits you can click on the circle icon in the top right > Account settings > then Account Usage.
You can also open ticket with Qualtrics support as you are not having brand administrator.
