Responses to my survey have been stored onto an account of mine that is not affiliated with my institutional account, therefore I cannot see the majority of the responses because this free account is limited to seeing 100 responses. I have tried to share or collaborate this survey with my Duke account but have failed to do. I have tried to send an invitation to my academic email and the same with an "....@edu#duke" ending but also does not work. I have also tried to see if I can just upgrade the other account but I cannot find how to do this. Lastly, I have tried linking the accounts but every time I try I get a "invalid user/ password" notice.
Does anyone know how I can gain access to the responses?
