How do I get access to Data and Analysis tab?

I have trouble accessing the Data and Analysis tab for my own projekt. Below is an image of the message I get when I try to access recorded data. Can anyone help?

    Hi LouiseO ,
    Did you create this survey yourself, or did another Qualtrics user share it with you? If another user created it, they will need to check the proper permissions under Collaborate.
    If you created it, then something is wrong with the survey, which would have to be resolved by reaching out to Qualtrics support.

    I created it myself so there might be a problem with the survey. I have reached out to support so maybe they have the answer.
