You will need to contact a brand or division administrator in order to be added to, create, or modify groups.
A group member could also share the surveys with you, correct?
@JulieT Yes, that is correct, though the group member would need to share each and every group survey with you - if you get added to the group itself, you will be able to access all of the surveys that have been shared with the group.
