I do know that only brand admins can do this but I was wondering if it is possible that a brand admin can give permission/access to a particular user that will allow them to change the ownership of a survey. Like if there is some sort of access or permission level that will give a user the privilege to do this.

Yes, I'm not a brand admin, but I'm a division admin and I'm able to do that.

What if the brand administrator is the owner? how can that ownership be transfered?
