How to close hundreds of pages of response in progress? | XM Community

Hello Community,



I have a survey. I have more than ten thousand responses in progress (which are corresponding to more than hundred pages). I want to close all the responses in progress in order to download them and export them to the database. But, I don't want to click through each of the hundred pages, which is so time consuming. Is there a better and faster method of closing all in-progress responses without manually going to each of the pages? Any insight will be greatly appreciated.

I believe you can do this by pausing the distribution of your survey. It should give you the option to either close and record responses or allow the unfinished ones to keep working. If you choose the first option, then reopen your survey, it should get you the intended result.
