Hello Everyone,
I am creating a survey question that require 2 text enrty boxes in one choice in a multiple choice question. It seems Qualtrics only allow for 1 text entry box for each choice in the question. Here is an example:
In March 2020, what was the park you visited the most often with your child(ren)?
- Please enter: Name of the park [TEXT ENTRY BOX 1] Street Name [TEXT ENTRY BOX 2]
- I did not visit any park with my child(ren) in March
- The same park as before *
*so before this question we asked respondents to enter the name and street name of the park for another time period.
The picture shows that I can only add one text entry box.
