We are starting our new implementation along with SuccessFactors but our customer has not received any login details regarding qualtrics.
How can we check customer system login details?
Please help!

Hi!!
The credential come inside an email from qualtrics onboarding. There is a link to a survey and at the end of the survey they give you the credentials.
This same email is also sent to the account executive. The client may not received it due to security in their email server, but you can ask the account executive to forward you the email
