I am so in need to know this because I have a data collection staff on the field using the offline app on the iPad and intercepting respondent and each one is having his account. I want to know how many surveys each one collects to track and monitor their productivity.

You can use the Device Identifier field to know which device recorded the responses. It can be set up in the offline app to any value(for eg. the name of the data collector staff) and recorded in the survey flow.
