How to pre-made a symbol in text entry answer?

Hi there alls, I really need your help, I had been trying to make something like (add the £ at the front of the text entry box) this for text entry answer in Qualtrics, but could not find the way? Question: How much do you spend per week? Answer: £ ! Please help me!!! Thanks

If it is just a regular text entry question, try this and adjust as needed.

    @Nur8987 - TomG is correct. it is just a Text Entry but you want to change the type to "form".
