Is there any way i can configure email notification for admin people, that needs to be triggered when someone submits survey

Create an Email Trigger under Tools/Triggers.
I don't have a triggers option under survey>tools. Is there another way?

You can try creating a Survey Response Action where the task is Email (Actions / Add Action).
