A while back I set up an action to send me an email if respondents selected 'yes' to a particular question. It worked which was fine but I want to edit it (to change font and what the email says) but I can't find any record of the action under the actions tabs. Since creating the action I have edited the survey a lot and actually made a whole new survey to use (by copying the old one and editing) - I don't know why this original action is still in place and I'm not sure where I can find it to delete or edit it! I'd rather not set up a new action and get two emails for the same response.
Any help on where I can find a history of this action so I can delete it would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks,
Michelle.

Is the delete icon not present on that action, as shown below:
I had the same problem Murdoch_Michelle where my deleted actions were still being conducted, and I didn't know how to stop them. I even duplicated the survey to restart, but the (unwanted) actions followed the new survey too. I found the answer here: https://www.qualtrics.com/support/survey-platform/actions-page/actions-in-global-navigation/
Instead of editing/deleting the action from the specific project, go to the global navigation page for Actions. That's where you can turn the action on/off or delete it from there. Mine worked that way.
Good luck!
