Use branch logic and apply the following api

Use this api using web service element in the survey flow
Use file upload question.
Users/survey takers will be reviewing candidate resumes. Need a simple way for them to access a folder containing resumes. Can users access Files Library if a folder were to reside there? Link to folder?
