Hi. I'm quite new to using Qualtrics and have just sent out my first customer survey. I distributed the survey using an email mailing list and one of the respondents has asked to be taken off the mailing list, but I don't know how to find out who it was.

@lisacairns 1. You can check the email id and remove from the distribution list2. You can opt out the respondent from mailing list, so they wont receive further invite

do you have email id of person you want to optout.
