I have a multiple choice Yes/No question in a Matrix Table. If Yes is chosen, I'd like a text box to be displayed on the same page. Unfortunately, in page display logic doesn't work with choices.
Is there another way around this? Unfortunately I don't know JS so any help or an existing script is appreciated.

Instead of using a text form you could use individual text entry questions for each category.
