Here is another question.
I wish to provide participants who completed survey a small token incentive (a voucher code). Is it possible that once the survey is submitted, a new page with a unique code will automatically pop up?

If the incentive code will vary by person, you should be able to use a query string to create the unique data and then insert that into your end of survey message. If your code will be the same for everyone, simply add it to your end of survey message via the Messages Library.
