Can Qualtrics be used on a website to filter key words (basically questions for help) that would lead the customer to an office and contact both email and phone number?

Similar to this ask a question but it brings back a result.

Our issue is that it is difficult for citizens to find "who" when it comes to questions. So miss directed calls abound.
In general, Qualtrics really isn't the right tool for this. Most organizations would use things like JavaScript, ajax, php or python and an SQL database for this.



If the questions were part of a bigger feedback mechanism, then you can integrate all the things I mentioned with Qualtrics.
