As the title says : I want to customize the opt-out confirmation with the name or logo of my company.
Is there a way to do that in this page ?

If your organization has a brand admin, reach out to that person; they should be able to customize the messages in XM Directory.

But not sure I've done the good thing because I don't see any difference. Do I need to send new invitations too ?

Glad you found the right person to customize these messages. :)
I don't have personal experience with customizing them, but you may need to send a new test invitation to see if the custom message appears then.

It works with a new test.
