Hi there!

Was wondering if there was an option where I could add a simple table of information as the first thing a respondent sees before filling in the survey. The table is to give information about what certain indicators mean. So 2 columns and then a number of rows.

Yes, use a descriptive text question and use HTML view to add an html table.
