Is there a way to enable respondents to print a copy of their completed survey?
They could use control +p but if the survey is multiple pages that becomes cumbersome.

You can use Response Summary
+38@Shashi is right. If you have or collect their email address you can also email them their response summary so that they have record of it even if they don't have immediate access to a printer.
