Is there a way you can choose the destination of the survey?

I'm creating a survey in which respondents from two different departments have to submit project information. Is there a way where at the end of the survey the respondent can choose which department the survey is suppose to go to and that survey will direct to that department? Thank you.

      Hi ea23647 ,
      I assume you are trying to have a summary of the responses submitted email to a selected department. If so, you should be able to set up a multiple choice question at the end where the respondent selects the department, and use Actions to direct the response summaries to email addresses associated with each department.

      Got it, I'm still confused on how to properly set it up on Actions if you could help?

      Sure. The key is that you will have to set up a separate Action for each unique department that you need to send an email to. Feel free to message me directly if you need further assistance.
