The survey is set up to send an email with the full application/survey responses upon completion of the survey.
The email is sending correctly but the links within the email to access the full survey is not working. It opens a browser window with a 'page cannot be found' message.
The is no expiration date on the survey and the survey is currently active.

Is it a generic 404 or a Qualtrics site 404? If its a Qualtrics 404, we had a similar issue when they took away the response bucket feature. They only disabled your access to edit response buckets so any survey using a response bucket was stuck with their data in that last response bucket and links to survey result reports were failing because there was no data in the standard bucket. If this is, in fact, the issue I'm sorry to tell you that the only solution is to recreate the survey. Qualtrics has decided not to fix it.
