Looking to create a trivia game

Hi, we are looking to create an interactive trivia type game during our Digital Experience this year. We want to be able to show a question, have people answer from their phone, then move on to the next question. At the end of the day we want to take the list of people who answered the most correct and have them be our winners. Does anyone have any ideas on how we could create a trivia type of game like this on Qualtrics?
