Hi all, I'm trying to do a quality improvement project that relies on survey responses from shift workers, completed immediately after their shift. For anonymity purposes, we don't want people who are analyzing the data to know who is responding to the survey. Unfortunately, if people respond directly after their shift, it would be easy to cross-reference time of response to the 1 or 2 people working that night. Is there any way to mask response dates when accessing survey data?

If it were me, I'd build a report and include a table that shows just what I want them to have access to.
