I recall seeing a Message Health tool in Qualtrics, possibly a few years ago. I've been trying to locate it recently with no luck.
The tool I'm looking for would score your invitations and reminder messages to let you know whether you were likely to make it into the respondent's inbox, based on message content, images, formatting, etc.
Does that tool still exist in the survey platform?
