We set up surveys for all kinds of market research and everyone seems to have their own scales. Some are on a scale of 1-10, but some are a scale of 1-7 or 1-5. There is no way to change that under the Net Promoter Score. We have to make it a multiple choice, set horizontally. This seems like it would be such an easy thing to change. Hope to see that sometime.

Truly, it would be good to have an option to change the scale. I just tried doing the same but couldn't find a way to do that.
NPS is a metric that is used outside of Qualtrics as well. By design, NPS must be on a 10 pt scale where 9&10 are promoters, 7&8 are neutral, and 1-6 are detractors.
