I have questions that look like this: "What could be better about ${q://QID3/ChoiceDescription/2}?"
Both the Qualtrics reports and export of the data to csv show the piped text code, and not the actual text. How do I get the actual text?

Once you export the data then you can replace the "piped-text" code with an actual choice label...if you have multiple choice then separate the choice label with "/"

I am not sure if any other platform provides this functionality since its a question text and system will show the question text as is

Looks like using labels is a good workaround.
