I've created an Anonymized Raffle, and when i wanted to operate preview, it shows "We thank you for your time spent taking this survey.
Your response has been recorded." without showing the survey flow, and I found red sign says "Not in survey flow" - How can i sove this problem?

You have to add your items in survey flow, seems like your blocks are in trash rather than in survey flow. Go to survey flow and drag items there.
@masmas - "Not in survey flow" means your block has been deleted from the survey flow. You can add it back by adding a new element to the survey flow:
