Hi! I want to set up an NPS survey that stands for the quarter with team members able to send out a link to multiple customer contacts at after specific engagements while capturing/knowing individual responses. Essentially, giving us a cumulative NPS score at end of quarter instead of relying on a single, end-of-quarter email send.
Does anyone do this with Qualtrics today? Would love to connect and hear your insights and expertise. Thanks!
