Page numbers?
Our survey is pretty long, and I'd like to include page numbers so the participants can easily refer back to questions. Is there a way to include page numbers? Or a way to have different footers for each page?

The closest thing you will find to this is displaying question numbers (really just the name for a question). This can be turned on in survey options by checking this box:

If you want "the participants can easily refer back to questions" then you can use TOC
