Hi all,
I've distributed a survey using personalised links. One of my respondents now has two session IDs - one that is half way through the survey, and another that is at the start. He's just emailed me to say that he inputted some data, went away, then returned to carry on inputting data but all the previous data had gone.
How has he managed to start two different sessions? Is this a browser cookie issue?
The survey starts with an authenticator, if that makes any difference.

It is probabably an issue with your survey configuration. You should check "Reload any previously saved progress upon authentication" in the authenticator options and disable "Save and Continue" in survey options.
Typically, you don't need to create personal links if you are using an Authenticator.
