Pick, Group, and Rank - Formatting Help...please

Hello - I'm trying to do a Pick, Group, and Rank question with three groups. When I look at this question in preview, it does not seem to be aligning correctly (screen shot below). Are there any tips or best practices on how to set the alignment so that all the 'groups' align, and the 'Item' text does not bleed into the box?

We can use
tag between "High" and "Priority" to align the group box, similarly you can break the item list text using
tag, so it does not override with group box.
