I'm using an outside email system to send out surveys, the email is designed to display the first question of the survey to get respondents to click through and complete it. Is there a way to pre-populate their selected choice from the email once they enter the full survey so they don't have to select it again?

If you aren't using the email generated by quatlrics, you can use query strings on each option they click to pass the selected choice into the survey as a pre-populated response.
