Hello. I want to conduct annual surveys with always the same participants. I want to have the answers to the questions already filled out with the answers that were given by the individual respondents in the last survey round. Is there a way to do this? If yes, how?

You could use the retake survey option:

Just make sure you download the data from the previous survey so you can compare and track changes.

Yes, use a contact trigger to save the answers as embedded fields in your contact list. Then use those embedded fields to pre-populate the answers to the survey.
