I have created formulas fields with my survey data that I would like to visualize in the reports. Does anyone know how I can include the data from these fields in reports?

Can you tell us more?
What type of fields (I assume embedded data but what's in them)? Are you using reports or Vocalize? What have you tried and how is the outcome different than what you want?
The easiest way I can answer this without knowing that is to say to try:
* Changing your field type (see embedded data options)
* Doing a breakout in your reporting
