Here's the project:
We want to create surveys for customers to take (using a QR code) that are unique to an individual employee. For example, I go to an office. I get helped by Clerk A. I scan a QR code at Clerk A's workstation that takes me to the survey. The survey embeds that Clerk A helped me, without me entering in that information.
What would be the best way to go about doing this? How can I embed a Clerk ID into the survey without asking the respondent or creating unique surveys?
There are about 200 clerks, so I really don't want to make 200 separate surveys.

Add a clerk parameter to the anonymous survey url (e.g., &clerk=A) and also add it as an embedded field in your survey flow. Generate a QR code for the 200 different urls.
Hi @biggink! Currently, QR Codes can only be generated for the base anonymous link, but this sounds like a great product idea! If you haven't already, I’d recommend posting this in our Product Ideas category. Be sure to review the How to Write a Good Product Idea template and our Ideation Guidelines before you post your idea!

Good afternoon, I am trying to follow the steps you played out, but I'm having some trouble. Could you explain a bit further. Thank you so much!
Best,

Once you construct your urls (e.g., https://my.qualtrics.com/mysurveylink/?&myparm=xyz), use a 3rd party QR code generator to generate links. There are some sites that allow you to do multiple at a time.

TomG Hello TomG did i understand correctly that there are some QR codes generators that lets you convert multiple links at the same time? Can you recommend one? I've only found some which lets to convert one link a time.
Warm regards!
